Browsing the Site and using the shipping calculator do not require an account. An account is required to request a formal quote, send us a message, or use support chat, and you must confirm your email address through a link we send you. Identity verification is requested only once a quote is actively moving toward an escrow payment. Currency and filter preferences you set are stored only in your own browser (via local storage) and are never transmitted to us.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We retain account, quote request, and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with tax and export-compliance record-keeping obligations, and resolve any disputes. Identity verification documents are stored securely and are only ever accessed by authorized staff reviewing a verification submission. You may request deletion of your information where we are not legally required to retain it — see Section 6 below.

5. Cookies & local storage

The Site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your preferred display currency between visits. This preference data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies; if that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
