Red flags to avoid
Prices far below the market, pressure to pay at once, a seller who only uses chat apps, payment to a personal account in another name, and refusing to give the car's VIN or documents. If something feels wrong, stop.
Insist on a written quotation and tracking
A real exporter gives you a written quotation with the route and the total, and a tracking number once your order is under way.
Protected payment
Pay only into the designated bank account provided for your region. At Global EV Link your payment goes into the designated Regional Agent bank account and stays there until you have received your order and confirm the vehicle; only then do we ask our Regional Account Agent to release the funds to the seller.
Check the car on arrival
Compare the car with the agreed condition before you confirm. If it does not match, do not confirm: we do not release the funds until it is put right.
Common questions
Is it safe to pay for a car I have not seen?
It is safer when the payment is held until you confirm the car, the seller is verified and you get a written quotation and tracking.
What if the car is not as described?
Do not confirm it. Contact us straight away with photos and details and we work to put it right before any funds are released.
